I haven't a clue why I'm up. I went to bed at midnight after wine, Stephen King and a House I'd never seen. I was up at 4.20 stripping off my footies and the sweatshirt I went to bed in. Then I heard the man get up ten minutes later, heard him take a shower, heard him move around and realized...I was still awake. So I got up.
It's cold, it's dark and the dog is confused. Why is she here? Why is she up?

Coffee's on and since I'm here I'll share a great five cup review of Bittersweet. Delane at Coffee Time Romance had lots of nice stuff to say but my fave (come on, you saw that coming) was:
From the very first meeting in the chocolate shop the flames of lust are fanned higher and higher. When at last these two come together it is a battle to determine who is really in control; the master or the submissive. Bittersweet has joined my TBR over and over list. I found the characters fascinating and beautiful. I strongly recommend the story of Rayka and Deacon; to miss Bittersweet is to miss out on a love story with a most tasteful bite.
You can read the whole review here. I'm most grateful for such a stellar review and to be on anyone's TBR again and again list is an honor. So, thank you Ms. Delane for saying that.
Guess I'll pour myself a vat of coffee and start kicking some ass on this short and the new book. I see a nap in my near future.
XOXO

p.s. those peaches are marzipan! See more info about the photo here.
