I've struggled whether to blog this or not. So I'm going to do it fast like removing a bandage. The man is sick and I'm a bit more insane than normal. It's not my place to tell you sick with what. I can tell you of stolen kisses, whispered words, phenomenal sex and yes, the occasional spanking, but not this. See, those are things experienced by me via him. So they are mine to share.
I can tell you this. Managed properly and vigilantly and with good luck he will be fine for years and years. Which is good but stressful. It is a matter of being en garde at all times. And luck. And did I mention luck?
Per usual, he is doing way better than I am. But it is not the time for me to cry or curl up into my version of a human comma and sleep. It's about him right now. So I am playing writer girl, secretary girl, full-time mom, driver person, medical advocate and transcriptionist. So, if I owe you something and am behind, please have patience. If I normally contact you in five seconds after you contact me...patience. If I say something stupid, spring a leak, weep openly, snap at you or forget something you told me six seconds after you said it...um...patience, patience, and some patience for garnish.
Like I said, I struggled whether or not to blog this. Because it certainly isn't about sex. But it sure as shit is about love. And I'm always honest here, no reason to stop that now.

Don’t worry about us. We’re here. Do what you have to, but remember, don’t be afraid to ask for help if it’s needed. Even something as simple as having a friend take care of business emails.
And take the time to curl up into that comma – after all, you’re only human.
