To all of you who emailed, commented, twittered etc good thoughts yesterday for me and my nephew and the whole damn crew. Much, much appreciated and I'm very grateful. Update on him: he's doing much, much better today. A bit grumpy and surly and driving his mother bonkers. Just the way we like him!
